Our Policy
At Crystl India™, every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
We accept returns and offer refunds *only* in the following condition:
- The product is *damaged, broken, or defective* upon delivery.
- The damage must be *clearly proven by an unboxing video*.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
*An unboxing video is compulsory for all return/refund claims.*
-The video must be recorded *continuously without any cuts or pauses* from the moment the package is opened.
- The video must clearly show the *outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged product*.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances
How to Raise a Claim
1. Record your unboxing video at the time of delivery.
1. Email us at *[care@crystlindia.com](mailto:care@crystlindia.com)* within *24 hours* of delivery.
1. Subject line: *“Damage Claim — [Your Order ID]”*
1. Attach the unboxing video and photos of the damage.
1. Our team will review and respond within *3–5 business days*.
Refund Structure
If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

| *Cash Refund* (to original payment method) | *40% of the paid amount* |
| *Crystl India™ Gift Card* (redeemable on website) | *60% of the paid amount* |
*Example:*
If you paid ₹10,000 for a product:
- ₹4,000 will be refunded to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
- ₹6,000 will be issued as a Crystl India™ Gift Card, valid for use on our website
*Gift Card Terms:*
- Gift cards are valid for *12 months* from the date of issue.
- Gift cards can be used for any product on crystlindiamystore.myshopify.com.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards will be sent to your registered email address within *3–5 business days* of refund approval.
### Non-Returnable Items
The following are *not eligible* for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Made-to-order custom pieces (unless damaged in transit, proven by unboxing video).
- Products returned without prior approval from our team.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery.
